For items that are eligible for returns, they can be exchanged at shop location for free within 14 days. For all pickup returns, there is a 2 BHD administration and restocking fee plus 1.5 BHD per return delivery (for a total return fee of BHD 3.5 per order). For all returns, we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Your refund will be processed and refunded with the same payment method and it will be automatically applied to within 10 to 14 business days.
