Delivery and Return Information

For orders delivered directly to you, the following applies:

All items in your order must be sent to a single "deliver to" address.

A delivery fee of BHD 2.000 per delivery for orders below BHD 50.000 and Orders above BHD 50.000 are eligible for free delivery.

The estimated day of delivery is a maximum of 48 business hours, not including public holidays and weekends.

Return Time Frame

15 days from the date of receipt.

Condition & Exception

The returned items must have the original receipt, in a re-saleable condition with original packaging, unused/not washed. "We don't offer exchanges or refunds where products are not defective." (No change-of-mind returns)

Large Items / Assembly

Large Equipment & Accessories items: No returns unless faulty. For defects, the item can be repaired or replaced; if not, a refund/exchange is given. Assembled items not taken back unless manufacturing defect.

Refund / Exchanged Method & Fees

Refund: Full refund to the original payment method once the return is processed. If the original purchase was made in-store, it must be returned in-store.

There's 2% Administrative fee that will be imposed for approved returned items.

Return delivery

If you requested return delivery, an additional BHD 2.000 fee applies.

Refund process

Your refund will be processed and refunded with the same payment method, and it will be automatically applied within 10 to 14 days business days.
