Delivery and Return Information:
For orders shipped directly to you, the following applies:
- All items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address.
- We charge a flat fee of 1.500 BHD per delivery and are handled by a third-party courier agent.
Orders above 50.000 BHD are eligible for free delivery
For items that are eligible for returns:
- They can be exchanged at shop
location for free within 14 days.

For all pickup returns, there is a 2.000 BHD administration and
restocking fee plus 1.500 BHD per return delivery (for a total return
fee of BHD 3.500 per order).
- For all returns, we ask is that you send the items back to us in the
original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same
condition.
- Your refund will be processed and refunded with the same
payment method and it will be automatically applied to within 10 to 14
business days.
